Physician Assistant
Team

The Physician Assistants play a crucial role
on our team. They are involved in every part of the care of our
patients. Their careers include performing thorough history and
physical examinations, consultations, preparing patients for the operating
room, assisting in the operating room, and helping to manage the patients
during their recovery as well performing beside procedures.
As a team, we're blessed to have some of the finest Physician Assistants in the
field of cardiovascular surgery! |

Peter Tucker, PA-C
Charles Peter Tucker is our Chief Physician
Assistant.
Pete received both his Bachelor of Science and his
physician assistant training at King's College in Wilkes-Barre,
Pennsylvania.
Everybody loves Pete, especially the nurses! But,
don't get your hopes up. Pete has a beautiful wife and a lovely
family.
Pete was a star even when he first visited as a student.
We're lucky to have Pete in charge.

David Cederberg, PA-C
David received his Bachelor of Science and his physician
assistant training at DeSales University.
David is one of the most experienced cardiac surgical
assistants. He started out as a surgical technologist at Lehigh
Valley Hospital and went on to gain his degree as a physician assistant.
One of the most beloved professionals, David always
knows how to make people smile and laugh.
Most of all, he is a caring, thoughtful, and talented
assistant.

 David
Fontaine, PA-C David joined our team in 2006. We were
fortunate get David to leave a heart program in Philadelphia. David
completed his Bachelor of Science at Elizabeth Town College, in Lancaster
County, Pennsylvania. David completed his Masters degree as a Physician
Assistant at Arcadia University, in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. David is a
pleasure to have on our team, admired by all.

 Kevan
Haas, PA-C
Kevan joined our team in 2005 and has been another great addition to the
team.
Kevan completed his Bachelor of Science and his Master's degree as a Physician
Assistant
at DeSales University in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Kevan is PA Team Leader who organizes the complex schedules for our PA's
and nurse practitioners.
Like all the other PA's, Kevan is a pleasure to work with and admired by
all.

Phillip Dolcemascolo, PA-C Phil received his Bachelor of
Science at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey.
Phil received his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Rutgers/UMDNJ.
Prior to joining us at LVHN, Phil worked at Tufts-New England Medical Center in
Boston, the Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey and at an
affiliate of the New York Presbyterian Healthcare System. And,
he has the nicest handwriting of any of the PA's and surgeons!

Kevin McGill, PA-C Kevin joined our team in 2009.
He received his Bachelor of Science at the Ohio University. Kevin
completed his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the
University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). Prior to
joining our group, Kevin was a physician assistant in cardiac surgery at the
New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. Kevin joined our team at
a time when we were short-staffed and extremely busy. He's done a
terrific job and we're fortunate to have Kevin on our team. |
 Nicholas Rini, PA-C
Nick joined our team in 2009. He received his Bachelor of Science
at East Stroudsburg University.
Nick completed his Physician Assistant Education at St. John's University
and his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the A.T. Stills
University.
Prior to joining our group, Nick worked for two years on the neurosurgery
service. We're very lucky that Nick has chosen to join our team.

Travis Gaskill, PA-C
Travis joined our team in 2009. Travis obtained his Bachelor of
Science and his Physician Assistant Education at the University of
Washington.
Travis comes to us with a lot of experience, including serving as a
Combat Medic for the US Army.
And, he has a neat hobby... he makes his own beer and wine, not to
mention being quite a skilled chef.
